Remade 2015: Sustainable Wearable Art Show

The Brief:
Elegant, Timeless & Bold. The Remade Fashion Show needed a fresh look using typography that would retain the sustainability message of the show while avoiding the connotations attached to existing iconography such as recycling / waste management.

The Design:
The elegant Sans-serif type and strong grid of Century Gothic serve as a foundation to ground the grotesque and dynamic forms of a custom font, created exclusively for the design that showcases a thematic connection to the “Remade” brand as the tangram element breaks down and is remade with each glyph.

The single-colour design keeps things classy and allows it to be reproduced in different mediums on the cheap, in spirit with the values of the show.
